THE WHAT
After a change in ownership and in anticipation of its 25th Anniversary in 2021, CSI Community Management was ready for a new look. Our curated Discovery Session with their leadership focused our efforts on developing a new brand and marketing strategy that reflected the friendly, community-focused business with the primary goal of repositioning them as a helpful community resource and partner in community building, not an absentee rule enforcer.

Our curated Discovery Session with their leadership focused our efforts on developing a new brand and marketing strategy that reflected the friendly, community-focused business with the primary goal of repositioning them as a helpful community resource and partner in community building, not an absentee rule enforcer.

From the visual identity to their dual-audience web presence, friendly, resource-based communications strategy, and a refreshed approach to resident-facing communications, Moniker is helping CSI build better communities.

BRAND DEVELOPMENT + MANAGEMENT
Apart from modernizing their visual identity, our creative team wanted to showcase that building better communities is at the very heart of CSI’s business.
In addition, we developed a refreshed color palette that feels friendly and approachable and allows for a lot of freedom and customization as we continue to expand their visual identity.

WEB DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT
The new web experience for CSI focused on restructuring resources to create a split audience site experience, one focused on community residents, and the second focused on HOA Board members.
The site redesign also included a resource restructuring, making it easier for site visitors to find what they need in fewer clicks. We created visual navigation tools for quick linking across the site.


BRAND DEVELOPMENT
Simplification and approachability are driving factors of the design decisions we make for CSI.
As they work to position themselves as an easy-to-use, easy-to-understand resource and knowledge base for all things community management, our creative team is focused on echoing that approach in the marketing collateral and brand assets we create.
In addition to simple and minimalistic design choices, the expanded color palette also allows our team to create design-subsets based on business and audience segments. This approach makes it easy for homeowners, board members and potential customers to identify the information specifically curated for them.

We took a look at how CSI moves through the world, with internal and external touchpoints, and we’ve made them better.
Our team is hands-on in helping CSI craft better brand experiences. Each time CSI touches something, we help them do it better with clear communications, crisp visuals, and a bit of relatability.
SOCIAL MEDIA
Facebook is a great place for them to quickly distribute helpful information to board members and homeowners and we’ve worked to develop a friendly tone and flipped feedback from negative to positive.
BLOGS & NEWS
We place the focus on the why behind HOA Board decisions and Community Management tasks to showcase CSI's value and commitment to improved community building.
COMMUNITY COMMUNICATIONS
Friendly and approachable communication across key stakeholders is key to the success of community management. We help CSI do it better by curating resources and must-know details for residents and Board members and presenting them simply.
