VISUAL IDENTITY
Drawing on the expertise and knowledge base of the client, we leaned into a brand refresh focused on communicating trust, partnership, expertise, and confidence. The visuals and logo marks lean into the client’s unique process and recruiting journey and the updated brand palette reflects the core competencies of TZ Recruiting: trust, dedication, creativity, growth, and leadership.

Web Design + Development
With a refreshed visual identity in hand, we moved into updating the digital experience for TZ clients and potential partners. We focused on laying a strong SEO foundation surrounding key business segments, as ongoing SEO optimization was a primary goal for the client.
BRAND DEVELOPMENT
Development of brand assets and collateral were focused on delivering the most immediate value to the client. We worked to refresh their most “high-touch” marketing pieces as a part of the initial branding project, to ensure the transition to their new visual identity was seamless.
